BSC Accountants is a fast-growing accountancy practice on the NSW South Coast. We deliver tax and compliance services to business owners and individuals in the local area and across NSW and ACT.

We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Business Services Manager to take the lead on client engagements, mentor a capable team, and help shape the future of our practice.

  • CA/CPA qualified, or working towards, with 4-5 years' experience with a minimum 1-2 years in manager's role responsible for a portfolio of clients & staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with staff and clients
  • Must have initiative and be an analytical thinker with a commercial approach
  • Ability to manage deadlines, juggle priorities, and lead small teams
  • Strong tax and accounting technical skills - advisory experience in trusts, companies & SMSFs essential
  • Experience with Xero and BGL preferred
  • Oversee the tax compliance activities for a diverse portfolio of business clients
  • Liaise with clients to understand their unique tax requirements and provide strategic advice
  • Review and quality check the work of more junior team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver enhanced client service
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the broader tax compliance team
